Nature has a divine spirit in itself. The company of nature gives joy to human heart. It is looked upon as a healing force. In the eyes of William Wordsworth,”Nature is a teacher whose wisdom we can learn if we will,and without which any human life is vain and incomplete”. The mystical nature is ever enchanting and tantalizing...

Exotic Birds - From the Principal's desk ...



Nature offers a lot of color.We can see some of the most exotic color combinations in nature.I personally feel that birds have the most vibrant colors.Even the black in the crow has a story to tell.I have shared some pictures of 10 most beautiful exotic birds of the world for this issue on Pupil Buzz on nature....

                                                                   10. Lorievye parrots.
Color parrots of this species varied, virtually all colors of the rainbow are present in it. Habitat lorievyh parrots - Australia, New Guinea, Indonesia and the Philippines. They say that every spring birds begin to fall, forcing the Australians to wear them in veterinary clinic. (Cacophony / WikiMedia)


9. American kestrel.
This species distributed in the Western Hemisphere, from Canada to the Falkland Islands. This is one of the most elegant and small birds of prey in the world. (Chris / Flickr.com)
8. Atlantic Puffin.
On the steep banks of the North Atlantic can be found Atlantic Puffin colony. These birds feed on small fish and marine invertebrates. The name was given to these birds because of their excessive credulity. A large number of the Atlantic Puffin was destroyed by man. (Gdefon)
7. Crowned Crane.
This romantic bird lives in West and East Africa. During courtship the birds perform a kind of dance that includes jumping, dash, flapping its wings, shaking his head. (Gotowall.com)
6. Red Cardinal.
This bird can be found in the eastern states of the U.S., south-eastern Canada, and Mexico. The male has a bright crimson color with black "mask" on his face. Female same - gray-brown with reddish feathers on the wings, breast and crest.(Desktopia)
5. Kingfisher.
Fairly common species of birds. Kingfisher paws are so short that you can not move on the ground, so the representatives of this species are moved using the wings on the short distance. Brightness plumage of birds is achieved by the refraction of light feathers. Despite the prevalence of species, these birds love solitude, they are very hard to see. (Thomas Will)

2. Paradise Tanagra.

1. Peacock.
